1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of jiloko.club and all products and services offered thereunder by jiloko ("jiloko," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of jiloko, you ("Player," "Member," "you," or "your") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using jiloko. Continued use of jiloko following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use jiloko, consistent with the minimum gambling age prescribed under Philippine law and PAGCOR-regulated online gaming standards.
2. You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during each gaming session on jiloko.
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
4. You must not be a current employee, officer, director, agent, or immediate family member of a jiloko employee or affiliated entity.
5. You represent and warrant that you are not accessing jiloko from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal or where our services are expressly restricted.
6. jiloko reserves the right to request proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

3. Account Registration & Know Your Customer (KYC)

1. Each player may register only one (1) jiloko account. Opening or operating duplicate accounts is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
2. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiloko account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party. jiloko will never ask for your password through any channel.
4. KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), driver's license, passport, and SSS/GSIS ID. A matching selfie may be required.
5. jiloko reserves the right to suspend or close any account where the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, and to report suspected fraud to relevant Philippine authorities.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

1. jiloko accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other methods displayed at the Cashier. Minimum deposit amounts are shown at the point of transaction.
2. Deposits are credited to your jiloko wallet in real time for e-wallet methods (GCash and PayMaya) and within standard bank processing times for bank transfer methods.
3. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, subject to applicable limits. jiloko targets e-wallet withdrawals to complete within thirty (30) minutes, though processing times may vary during peak periods or pending security verification.
4. jiloko does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own fees independently.
5. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiloko is not responsible for currency conversion charges applied by third-party financial service providers.
6. jiloko reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal if the transaction triggers anti-money laundering review thresholds or if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

1. jiloko may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible members. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
2. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and maximum withdrawal cap are specified per promotion.
3. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, collusive betting, or systematic low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and winnings derived therefrom.
4. jiloko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Such modifications will not affect entitlements already validly claimed under prior terms.
5. Promotions at jiloko are available to players aged 21 and above only.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

1. All casino games offered on jiloko — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, and RNG table games — are operated by licensed third-party providers. Each game is governed by its own published rules, which are accessible within the game interface.

• Colluding with other players or third parties to defraud jiloko or other members
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or reversals on deposits after gameplay
• Providing false identity information or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity
• Exploiting software or interface errors to generate artificial credits or winnings
• Using proceeds from unlawful activity to fund your jiloko account (money laundering)
• Accessing jiloko from a restricted or prohibited jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tool
• Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonus entitlements

8. Intellectual Property

All content on jiloko.club — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and database structure — is the exclusive property of jiloko or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use jiloko solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of jiloko's intellectual property without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

10. Limitation of Liability

1. jiloko provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, jiloko excludes all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
2. jiloko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use jiloko, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failure, network interruption, or force majeure events.
3. jiloko's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of the funds held in your jiloko account at the time the claim arises.
4. Gambling involves financial risk. jiloko is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through gameplay. It is your sole responsibility to manage your gaming activity within your personal financial means.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Termination & Account Closure

1. You may close your jiloko account at any time by submitting a written request through the live chat support channel. Any real-money balance remaining after the completion of any pending withdrawal requests will be returned to your registered payment method.
2. jiloko reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account — with or without prior notice — where there is a material breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would place jiloko in breach of its legal or regulatory obligations.
3. Upon account closure for cause, jiloko may withhold balances pending investigation and reserves the right to forfeit bonus-derived funds where the breach relates to bonus abuse.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of jiloko shall first be submitted to jiloko's internal dispute resolution process via the live chat support channel. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms
